From 9 to 11 March, Florence becomes Taste!

The exhibition dedicated to the excellences of taste and food lifestyle will take place at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence. Taste is the Italian eat well and feel good exhibition, where the best international operators of haute cuisine and the increasingly vast and passionate foodies meet. With them in mind, we have prepared an extensive and guaranteed product line: the quality of Lucedio rice extends to the different types of flour, to the gluten-free and naturally coloured pasta range, and to the traditional Piedmontese bakery products, such as breadsticks and rice biscuits.

A surprise is instore for risotto lovers: in addition to the classic Carnaroli, Arborio and Vialone Nano, you will find a selection of ready-to-cook risottos, prepared on the farm with dried ingredients, preservative-free and added colourings, packaged in convenient portions for 2-3 people. However, if you prefer exotic flavours, we have a selection of special types of rice with natural aromas and colours: black Venere, red Ermes and aromatic Apollo, which are all cultivated exclusively in Italy.
