Cibus returns to Parma on 10 and 11 April in the “Connect” version.

Cibus Connect in Parma is a not to be missed event: concentrated over two days, an alternative to the Cibus biennial to encounter new references in the international food sector. Cibus Connect is not just a product exhibition, but it is the place where the entire agri-food supply chain meets to study the topics of interest of today’s consumer. With our “Lucedio 1123” product line, we have tried to interpret the new food trends and satisfy the tastes of the most demanding consumers. Our products are artisanal and local, sustainable and respectful of both the environment and human labour. Transparency is our main value, along with quality and traceability.

Come to our stand and you will see the farm with your own eyes: images of the Principato di Lucedio, especially the rice fields that embrace suggestive and different colours each season, together with the fauna that populates them, act as the background for the products.

A lunchtime visit is recommended, when you can taste an excellent risotto prepared on the spot by chef Balin. If you think that risotto is a complicated dish, we will remove all doubt! In the new range of risottos, we have combined the components needed to prepare an excellent risotto: from mushrooms to vegetables, from lemon to truffle and many others, only naturally dried ingredients so they are always ready to use. Just add a little oil to toast the rice, water to cook and Grana cheese to cream in: the risotto is ready in a few easy steps.
