Gluten free brownies
Ingredients
180 gr of dark chocolate
150 gr of sugar
80 gr rice flour
100 gr of butter
30 gr of cocoa powder
3 eggs

Melt the butter in a bain-marie with the pieces of dark chocolate and mix it all together, then add the sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well to mix them with the mixture. Sprinkle the flour and cocoa powder, stirring slowly from top to bottom. Line a rectangular baking dish with baking paper and pour the gluten-free brownie mixture into it, levelling it with a tablespoon. Bake at 180 ° C for approximately 20-25 minutes, let it cool at room temperature and then cut out rectangles of brownies to serve as desired, with a sprinkling of powdered sugar or with red fruits and chocolate sauce.
